I wish I owned a condo that overlooked La Jolla Cove (or wherever this is)… the sunsets are awesome there because of the cool rocks.

It was so gorgeous today and the beach wasn’t at all cold/windy. I wandered around the shores for 2 hours waiting for the sunset… it was nice and relaxing :) I walked pretty far down away from the cove this time… not sure what that area is called, but I’d never been over there before. There’s some cool rock formations over there and a nice grassy area up top. I also inadvertently found the Museum of Contemporary Art :D Turns out it’s the building that I often park across the street from. Gotta go and check that out sometime :)

Here’s the color photo I took before this one. I think I like it more because of the color combination…

I had to crop out the lens flare, but I’m posting this because I loved the colors. I went to the cove to test out my polarizing filter and ended up seeing an awesome sunset.

Tried to go for a long exposure after sunset. I was playing around with my polarizing filter… got some very vividly colorful shots, but major lens flare, which I haven’t decided whether I liked or not.
